Through cooperation with the relevant authority approved by the Royal Malaysian Police and the Home Affairs Ministry, Noah Maritime Services has the only infrastructure in Malaysia for the provision of armory services for Private Maritime Security Companies (PMSC).

​As part of the Home Affairs Minister creed, Noah Maritime Services was granted permission to arrange for clearance and collection of firearms and ammunition from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) as well as arrange immigration clearance for PMSC staff; Transport firearms, ammunition and staff to our armory base in Banting; Store and take out firearms and ammunition at the armory; and transport said weapons and staff to and from vessels in the Port Klang area. 

​Our main armory base is situated on the mouth of Sungai Kelanang and operates as the Kelanang Marine Police Base. This maximum security complex has been designated a “Protected Area and Place” by the Home Affairs Minister. The base has a secure, clean and modern purpose built strong room for arms storage and includes a private and protected mooring facility with capacity to deploy up to 10 pilot boats with a 1 hour to Port Limit/Off Port Limit. The accommodation can cater up to 100 Sea Marshals and 50 personnel, includes well-equipped canteen and office facilities, as well as a marine vessels tracking system
